Beef packages require a 25% downpayment that is based on the estimated hanging weight. Once you have made the deposit, we will call you and finalize your order with you. If you have any questions before making the deposit, please call us at 314-420-8696. Full payment is based on the final hanging weight and is required day of delivery.
Our “Standard Cut” can include a variety of cuts including New York Strips, Filet Mignon, Rib Steaks, Sirloin Steaks, Stew Meat, Short Ribs, Flank and Skirt Steaks, Roasts, and Ground Beef.
