The Quarter Beef Packages are $6.25 per pound before taxes and includes all processing, inspection fees, packaging, and delivery with the cost of around $1,187.50 plus taxes with a $275 deposit. We will contact you to discuss your processing details.
Beef packages require a 25% downpayment that is based on the estimated hanging weight. If you have any questions before making the deposit, please call us at 314-420-8696. We will contact you to discuss your processing details. Full payment based on the final hanging weight is required day of delivery.
Our “Standard Cut” can include a variety of cuts including New York Strips, Filet Mignon, Rib Steaks, Sirloin Steaks, Stew Meat, Short Ribs, Flank and Skirt Steaks, Roasts, and Ground Beef.
Generally, each package consists of 25% steaks and 35% roasts and cuts, and 40% ground beef.
