Our Quarter Beef Package is a great value that gives you beef standards like steaks, roasts, and ground beef but also offers cuts like flank steaks, brisket, and short ribs. Each cut is individually wrapped.

• Recommended for families with 1-2 adults and a kid or two
• The Quarter Beef Package takes up half of a small chest freezer, or 25% of a small upright freezer, approximately 4-5 cubic feet. For More Detailed Information Click Here!
• The Quarter Beef Packages are $6.50 per pound before taxes and includes all processing, inspection fees, packaging, and delivery costs with the total cost estimated at $1,462.50 plus taxes which is calculated by the final hanging weight.
•  A deposit of $600 is required to reserve your Quarter Beef Package. Your initial order cost will be the deposit. Full payment is based on the final hanging weight and is required day of delivery.

Our Half Beef Package offers value and the ability to customize an order. You may choose Standard Cut or Custom Cut. Half Beef Packages include the selection of steak thickness, a variety of cuts and roast selections, and include the option to order soup bones and organ meats.  The hanging weight is always different and can fluctuate by 10 – 20 percent per beef; the average hanging weight should be in the 450-pound range.

• Recommended for large families with 2 adults and hungry kids
• The Half Beef Package takes up to 50% of a large upright freezer, approximately 8-9 cubic feet. For More Detailed Information Click Here!
• The Half Beef Package is $6.50 per pound before taxes and includes all processing, inspection fees, packaging, and delivery costs with the total cost estimated at $2,925 plus taxes which is calculated by the final hanging weight.
• A deposit of $1,200 is required to reserve your Half Beef Package and that is what you will be charged at check out. Full payment is based on the final hanging weight and is required day of delivery.

The Whole Beef Package is your very best value. It’s the lowest price per pound package, and it gives you complete control over what you want in your beef package. A Whole Beef Package is a great value for several families to split up. The Whole Beef Package offers value and the ability to customize an order. You may choose Standard Cut or Custom Cut. Whole Beef Packages include the selection of steak thickness, a variety of cuts and roast selections, and includes the option to order soup bones and organ meats.  The hanging weight is always different and can fluctuate by 10 – 20 percent per beef; the average hanging weight should be in the 900-pound range.

• Recommended for large families with 2 adults and hungry kids
