Description
The Starter bundle is a great way to sample our pasture-raised Missouri beef. If you are cooking for a smaller group or not sure which cut to try first this bundle gives you some delicious options.
The Starter Bundle is approximately 15 to 17 pounds of beef.
Ground Beef – 10 pounds
Steaks – approximately 5 to 7 pounds that could include Flank Steak, NY Strip, Sirloin Strip, T-Bone, Patio Steak, and Rib Steak.
All Pierce Creek Cattle Company beef is pasture-raised with no added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics in Lonedell, Missouri. All orders include free delivery to the St. Louis Region.
