An array of Beef Cuts – approximately 30 pounds that could include Stew Meat, Sirloin Tip Roast, Short Ribs, Chuck Steak, Filet Mignon, Flank Steak, New York Strip, Patio Steak, Ranch Steak, Rib Steak, T-Bone Steak, Sirloin Steak, and Skirt Steak.
All Pierce Creek Cattle Company beef is pasture-raised with no added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics in Lonedell, Missouri. All orders include free delivery to the St. Louis Region.
