Our Quarter Beef Package is a great value that gives you beef standards like steaks, roasts, and ground beef but also offers cuts like flank steaks, brisket, and short ribs. Each cut is individually wrapped. While the hanging weight is always slightly different, the average hanging weight should be in the 190-pound range.

• Recommended for families with 1-2 adults and a kid or two
• The Quarter Beef Package takes up half of a small chest freezer, or 25% of a small upright freezer, approximately 4-5 cubic feet. For More Detailed Information Click Here!
• The Quarter Beef Packages are $6.25 per pound before taxes and includes all processing, inspection fees, packaging, and delivery costs with the total cost around   $1,187.50 plus taxes.
• A deposit of 25% is required to reserve your Quarter Beef Package.
• All beef packages are delivered directly to you within the St. Louis Region.

Our Half Beef Package offers value and the ability to customize an order. You may choose Standard Cut or Custom Cut. Half Beef Packages include the selection of steak thickness, a variety of cut and roast selections, and includes the option to order soup bones and organ meats. While the hanging weight is always slightly different, the average hanging weight should be in the 380-pound range.

• Recommended for large families with 2 adults and hungry kids

• The Half Beef Package is $6.00  per pound before taxes and includes all processing, inspection fees, packaging, and delivery costs with total costs around $2,280.00 plus taxes. 
• A deposit of 25% is required to reserve your Half Beef Package.

The Whole Beef Package is your very best value. It’s the lowest price per pound package and it gives you complete control over what you want in your beef package. A Whole Beef Package is a great value for several families to split up. The Whole Beef Package offers value and the ability to customize an order. You may choose Standard Cut or Custom Cut. Whole Beef Packages include the selection of steak thickness, a variety of cut and roast selections, and includes the option to order soup bones and organ meats. While the hanging weight is always slightly different, the average hanging weight should be in the 760-pound range.

• Recommended for large families with 2 adults and hungry kids
